1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PhysioSpark services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

We provide physiotherapy and rehabilitation services through certified therapists. All treatment plans are personalized based on a clinical assessment.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• You may book appointments via our online portal or by contacting reception.
• Appointments can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance free of charge.
• No-shows without notice may be subject to a nominal fee.

4. Payments

Session fees are payable before or at the start of the session. We accept credit cards, mada, and bank transfers.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for full medical consultation. In emergencies, please call emergency services directly (997 / 911).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and is the property of PhysioSpark.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
